• Custom wigs and bundles: Items that require preparation or customization ship within 10–20 business days.

Processing time does not include shipping time and may be extended during high-volume periods.

Shipping Policy

All orders must have a shipping address that matches the delivery address. If the shipping address does not match the address where the order is being delivered, the order will be canceled to prevent fraud.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Dream Look Collections is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or incorrect address information provided at checkout.

Sales & Payments

All prices are listed in USD. We reserve the right to update pricing at any time. Orders may be canceled at our discretion if fraudulent activity is suspected.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on wigs, bundles, lashes, or beauty products.

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos for review.

Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled or modified once processing has begun. Please review your order carefully before submitting payment.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Dream Look Collections is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier. We recommend contacting the shipping provider directly in such cases.
